Summer Retreat 2026 — West Sussex

A purposeful retreat from the mindset that binds us to the reality we aim to overcome, opening the path to transformation.

Set within the quiet beauty of the West Sussex countryside, this Summer Retreat offers time to pause, realign, and re-enter the deeper rhythm of being. The days unfold gently between guided sessions, embodied practice, and moments for reflection and rest. Each element is designed to attune body, breath, and awareness — allowing a return to the natural intelligence already within.

Morning sessions begin with a focus on the body — through feeling, movement, and breath — supported by salt baths, massage, and stretches that ease tension and restore balance. Afternoons invite time in nature, one-to-one sessions, hand tasks, and creative art.

Evenings gather softly around shared meals, contemplative discussion, and laughter — marking the close of each day with warmth and ease.

Throughout the retreat, we explore the movement from thought into awareness, from habit into renewal, from form into essence. The work is gentle yet deep, harmonising coherence between body and mind, heart and brain — bridging insight and lived experience in a process of transformation. It is a space where the symbolic meets the somatic, and where old narratives begin to dissolve in light.
All practices are adapted to individual needs, with attention given to nurturing functional skills and independence in everyday life — helping participants integrate the retreat’s insights with practical solutions and self-confidence.
An End-of-Summer Retreat will follow in the New Forest, running from 29 August to 2 September, before the return to schools and colleges.
